Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the product roadmap for AI-driven automation across revenue operations, leading strategy, product design, and execution for Insulin from the ground up.
  • •Design end-to-end user journeys and AI workflow experiences, iterating based on customer behavior and feedback.
  • •Partner with engineering to deliver reliable production AI capabilities while balancing customer impact, reliability, model behavior, and complexity.
  • •Define and track success metrics (adoption, accuracy, efficiency gains, automation rates, and customer outcomes) using quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • •Gather feedback with Customer Success and Solutions teams and occasionally support onboarding to understand workflows, edge cases, and AI trust concerns.

Key Requirements
