Key Responsibilities

•Lead and scale the Executive Success organization, running it like a high-touch customer success function to keep executives productive, supported, and aligned with the company trajectory.
•Own and scale the 2026 EA strategy including hiring/onboarding, job leveling, coverage models, capacity planning, and knowledge management.
•Ensure execution of calendar management, travel, and expenses while introducing AI-driven process innovations and productivity tools.
•Provide direct management, mentorship, and career growth paths for leaders and contributors within the Executive Admin team.
•Partner with leaders across the organization to scope, project manage, and execute cross-functional administrative and corporate operations initiatives for scale.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of experience in internal operations, high-touch Customer Success leadership, Customer Support, Management Consulting, or leading high-performing Executive Assistant/Operations organizations in high-growth environments.
•Strong first-principles thinking—ability to rebuild traditional administrative setups as strategic, customer-centric operational functions.
•Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence high-profile internal VIP stakeholders.
•Proven experience managing and mentoring a team with a track record of enabling a high-performance culture.
•Experience with process innovation and familiarity with modern AI tools and SaaS systems (e.g., Slack, Airtable, Confluence) and integrating LLMs/automation into daily workflows.
