Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and continuously improve global retail standards, processes, playbooks, tools, and documentation.
  • •Identify opportunities to simplify store routines, reduce administrative workload, and increase customer-facing capacity.
  • •Manage workstreams from planning through pilots, testing, implementation, and rollout within scope and timelines.
  • •Coordinate stakeholders and track milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies across global functions and markets.
  • •Create store-ready implementation materials and support adoption plans using store feedback and operational learnings, contributing to KPI reporting and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive hands-on retail store experience with strong understanding of Sales Floor execution, customer experience, store routines, workload, inventory, and productivity.
  • •Experience implementing or improving retail processes, standards, tools, or ways of working.
  • •Experience coordinating projects, pilots, rollouts, or change initiatives.
  • •Ability to translate store challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
  • •Strong stakeholder management, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
