Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the day-to-day HRBP for client groups across MoCap, Research & Insights, and Global Services, building trusted relationships with managers and employees.
  • •Lead labor relations for the unionized MoCap workforce, owning day-to-day relationships with union representatives and ensuring CBA compliance.
  • •Handle labor relations inquiries, escalate complex grievances/mediations/arbitrations with legal and HR COEs, and help resolve employee relations matters in alignment with the CBA and policy.
  • •Support HR program delivery including performance feedback, compensation planning, promotions, job leveling, and annual workforce planning; manage headcount tracking and workforce processes.
  • •Develop recruiting strategies with hiring managers, liaise with recruiters on staffing needs and role fit, and support contract negotiations by collecting relevant pay/benefits/work-conditions data.
Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 100,200 - 148,320 annually

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of HR experience with meaningful exposure to HRBP partnership and labor relations or employee relations in a complex environment.
  • •Experience supporting unionized or represented employee populations, with CBA administration experience strongly preferred.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills to build and maintain trust.
  • •Strong analytical and problem-solving instincts, comfortable with ambiguity and shifting priorities.
  • •Working knowledge of applicable labor and employment law, plus willingness to travel regularly to the Petaluma studio.
