Job Function: Data Science & Machine Learning

Key Responsibilities

•Define the ML strategy for teams focusing on methodologies, models, and AI agents.
•Lead fraud detection, containment, and monitoring processes in large-scale environments.
•Raise the technical level of the team by solving complex problems in scoring leads, detecting modus operandi, and automatic categorization.
•Ensure production models are of high quality, performing well, and maintained with continuous monitoring.
•Drive innovation by evaluating new technologies and serving as a technical reference for business and product areas.

Key Requirements

•Proven experience leading Data Science and Machine Learning teams in development and production across large-scale environments.
•Strong knowledge of SQL databases and the Python ML ecosystem, including cloud infrastructure and orchestration tools.
•Ability to define standardized development patterns for models, automating pipelines and integrating AI agents for triage and review.
•Experience designing fraud detection initiatives and developing KPIs aligned with business strategy.
•Excellent collaboration with business and product areas to drive impactful ML initiatives.
