Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the transformation layer by designing and implementing data cubes, warehouses, and other data models, and define the analytics engineering and infrastructure roadmap.
  • •Improve data models, infrastructure, and dashboard interfaces to enable self-service; collaborate with data customers to meet analytical needs.
  • •Drive quality metadata and data discovery using a semantic layer for both AI and humans, improving outputs of AI-generated code and analyses.
  • •Enforce data governance standards and manage metadata frameworks to ensure compliance, discoverability, data quality, and observability across the data lifecycle.
  • •Support modernization and migration from legacy reporting platforms; perform unit tests and code reviews to ensure well-designed, high-performance code.

Salary: USD 164,800 - 205,100 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field plus at least 6 years of data analytics experience, or a Master’s degree plus at least 4 years (required degree expected by the scheduled start date).
  • •At least 4 years of professional data analysis experience.
  • •At least 4 years of experience performing programming.
  • •At least 4 years of experience with Python, R, Spark, or SQL.
  • •At least 1 year of experience in people management.
