  • •Oversee administration of construction-cycle projects, including technical, financial, and client satisfaction.
  • •Develop, coordinate, and execute planning, design, and/or construction management activities and supervise personnel day to day.
  • •Conduct roadway construction inspection work such as quantity calculations, grade and alignment checks, and traffic control review.
  • •Identify actual and potential construction project problems and recommend engineering solutions in a timely manner.
  • •Maintain awareness of safety and health requirements and ensure compliance with regulations, contract provisions, and stormwater requirements (SWPPP/BMP), including preparing quantity records, reports, and As-Built deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS plus 10 years of relevant experience, including 2 years of leadership.
  • •Experience as a CalTrans CM/GC Resident Engineer is preferred.
  • •Leadership experience managing construction engineering activities and personnel.
  • •Large infrastructure experience in Road and Bridge construction.
  • •California PE license is preferred.
