Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center
  • •Mentor direct reports and manage performance through coaching, leadership development, and succession planning
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees while executing progression path training and certification processes
  • •Lead problem solving and continuous improvement to meet quality, production, and cost objectives while ensuring health and safety and loss prevention compliance

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles
  • •Experience leading and developing associates, with proven ability to deliver project results and metrics
  • •Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with ability to work through teams to achieve results
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record; ability to work overtime/weekends and meet physical requirements
