Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner day-to-day with product and engineering teams by joining planning and design discussions, reviewing features for legal risk, and serving as a go-to legal point of contact for product and feature development and launch.
  • •Translate legal and regulatory considerations (privacy, IP, AI, data protection, and similar frameworks) into clear, actionable guidance for cross-functional stakeholders including security and marketing.
  • •Support complex customer, partner, and vendor negotiations by reviewing, drafting, and negotiating agreements in collaboration with legal and business partners.
  • •Draft and review clear terms, disclosures, and marketing copy to ensure consistency and reduce legal risk.
  • •Help draft and maintain policies, playbooks, checklists, FAQs, and training materials to improve process and streamline stakeholder engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •JD from a respected institution and membership in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
  • •5+ years of relevant legal experience, including at least 1 year of in-house experience
