IT Engineer -2

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot enterprise network infrastructure, including firewalls, VPNs, routers, and switches. Manage endpoint security and device management tooling such as SentinelOne, Netskope, and JumpCloud, while monitoring network and endpoint security posture to ensure uptime and reliability. Handle ITSM activities (incident, access, change, asset management), perform routine maintenance and backups, and document configurations and operational procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for ongoing operational support.
