Key Responsibilities

  • •Evolve talent brand strategy and translate the employee value proposition into campaigns, stories, and candidate experiences.
  • •Partner with Talent Attraction to turn hiring priorities and talent market realities into targeted approaches for priority audiences.
  • •Build an employee storytelling program across owned and paid channels and establish editorial rhythm, channel strategy, and measurement.
  • •Own People team internal communications strategy so employees understand programs and decisions shaping their experiences, partnering with People on performance and benefits/engagement communications.
  • •Build proactive plans for significant changes, equip managers with context and tools, and define success metrics to continuously improve communications based on feedback and engagement.

Key Requirements

  • •Deep experience with employer brand and People team communications, plus marketing or corporate communications experience.
