Key Responsibilities

•Manage execution of key operational functions including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, intra-day replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
•Maintains strategic product presentation and merchandising by ensuring product recovery, restock, destock, and visual merchandising changes in line with directives and with the Visual Manager.
•Plans and executes visual floor changes with the management team, adjusting zones and visual support to meet business needs.
•Leads by example to coach Associates, provide feedback, and drive talent development in partnership with store leadership.
•Open and close the store in accordance with visual standards and company policies.
