Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead negotiation & definitization of the StormBreaker (SDBII) Lot 12 contract and ensure on-time, compliant responses to the Lot 13 Request For Proposal.
  • •Align strategy to action and facilitate cross-business teams to support rapid, cohesive proposal execution across the Tactical Strike portfolio.
  • •Partner with estimating to manage the proposal processing matrix and engage leadership when key barriers or risks arise.
  • •Assess and develop strategic approaches for potential multiyear production proposals, analyzing impacts across programs and business objectives.
  • •Communicate with external parties including customers, suppliers, and other government employees to support growth and program success.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
  • •Program execution or related program management experience.
  • •Experience partnering with Supply Chain and Operations functions.
  • •Proposal development experience including material estimating, product estimating, labor estimating, and/or proposal management.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. government issued security clearance.
