Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the PAM strategy and roadmap and prioritize investments to protect the organization from risks tied to privileged and elevated access.
  • •Establish and govern compliant short- and long-term information security domain vision, policies, standards, and procedures; define goals and metrics.
  • •Direct enterprise operations for the security domain, including capacity, resilience, dependability, and assessment of operational changes affecting system performance.
  • •Oversee continuous monitoring and alert senior management to potential risks, compliance issues, and operational inefficiencies.
  • •Build and oversee a team, manage remediation and vendor relationships, and report program performance and risk to senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems/Management, or related field; OR 4 years of relevant education and/or experience.
  • •8 years of related information security experience across domains such as cyber security, identity and access management, information assurance/governance, operational risk management, or IT with significant accountability for programs/processes.
  • •3 years of direct team lead, supervisor, or management experience in an information security or IT domain.
  • •4 years researching, designing, or implementing security/cybersecurity solutions in a large financial institution or enterprise program with experience delivering results aligned to federal/state/regulatory policies and standards.
  • •Experience driving PAM capabilities (privileged account governance, credential management, session management, least-privilege) and administering CyberArk PAM solutions (Safes, Platforms, CPM, PSM, PVWA).
