Job Summary

Provide onsite HR administrative support for plant-level Human Resources, covering recruiting, employee/labor relations, compensation and benefits, training, employee engagement, and leave/attendance tracking. Help communicate policies and programs to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. Handle employment inquiries, support hiring activities, participate in disciplinary matters and investigations, and coordinate with HR team members to maintain accurate employment records.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide routine HR administrative support for compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, disputes/investigations, performance and talent management, and training/development.
•Handle employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex or sensitive matters as needed.
•Recruit, interview, and facilitate hiring for open positions in collaboration with departmental managers.
•Attend and participate in employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
•Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and recommend best practices; support background checks, eligibility verifications, and new-hire orientation/recognition programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in human resources, business, or a related field (preferred).
•Knowledge of human resources principles and processes.
•Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures, including word processing and managing files and records.
•Knowledge of English language structure, including meaning/spelling, composition rules, and grammar.
•Proven success working in an HR Department; resourceful mindset and strong attention to detail.
