Job Summary

Join the production team to process poultry products on the processing line while following USDA and Pilgrim’s standards for food safety and quality. Perform tasks like cutting, trimming, packaging, and inspecting, operate and monitor equipment, report malfunctions, and keep your work area clean. Work in a fast-paced, teamwork-focused environment while following safety and biosecurity guidelines and participating in continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Process poultry products using tools, manual labor, and equipment according to USDA and Pilgrim’s standards.
•Monitor equipment operation and promptly report malfunctions or safety concerns.
•Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety, food safety, and animal welfare guidelines.
•Support team members by sharing skills and knowledge and promoting a positive work atmosphere.
•Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving; perform other assigned duties as needed.

Salary: USD 18.25 hourly

•High school diploma/GED preferred.
•Poultry or food industry experience is a plus.
•Ability to multitask and work quickly; good communication; follow simple instructions and use common sense.

•Ability to work in cool temperatures and stand/use hands 8–11 hours per day; lift 50 lbs or more.
