Key Responsibilities

  • •Travel to customer data centers to lead deployment activities, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders and providing hands-on visibility into workflows, shift activities, and site readiness.
  • •Act as the primary onsite point of contact for deployment status, risk escalation, and issue resolution across logistics, installation, and construction readiness.
  • •Use predictive risk insights to detect early warning signals (schedule slippage, resource gaps, vendor delays, site-readiness blockers) and intervene proactively to protect delivery timelines and confidence.
  • •Maintain a consultative lens to drive lifecycle value and expansion opportunities, providing clear daily and shift-level reporting and surfacing additional solutions to accelerate customer objectives.
  • •Continuously improve delivery methodologies and stakeholder coordination using change management, emerging technologies, and AI-driven tools to increase reporting accuracy.

Salary: USD 154,700 - 200,200 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10–12 years of experience in project/program management within technology services, IT infrastructure deployment, or data center operations, delivering complex customer-facing deployments.
  • •Strong communication and stakeholder management to act as a credible onsite lead/advisor across technical teams, vendors/contractors, and customer executives.
  • •Ability to manage multiple concurrent deployment workstreams across scope, schedule, cost, and quality, including daily task tracking, troubleshooting, and transparent reporting.
  • •Frequent travel to US customer data center sites (50–70%), including extended onsite rotational periods and frequent weekend shifts.
