Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the scientific delivery organization and own the quality, timeliness, and scientific rigor of customer-facing delivery across a portfolio of concurrent projects.
  • •Partner with Business Development, Product, Engineering, R&D, and Quality Management to shape scopes, resolve cross-functional blockers, and close the loop from delivery learnings into the product.
  • •Act as a senior scientific voice with customers, including stepping into escalations, building trust with sponsor teams, and representing Unlearn’s scientific credibility.
  • •Develop technical team leaders through direct people leadership, mentorship, and career development.
  • •Establish technical governance and delivery operations at scale, including quality frameworks, staffing/capacity planning, and regular executive reporting on delivery health, capacity, and portfolio risk.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years leading scientific or analytical delivery work in clinical development, with responsibility for multi-disciplinary technical teams at the Senior Director or VP level.
  • •Track record leading data analytics, biostatistics, data science, or related delivery organizations serving biopharma customers (RWD companies, CROs, or analytics-driven clinical development partners).
  • •Demonstrated scientific leadership by growing individual contributors into technical leaders and providing credible technical governance across biostatistics, data science, and ML.
  • •Strong operational skills managing complex, concurrent customer delivery portfolios, resourcing effectively, and scaling delivery teams and processes as demand grows.
  • •Domain knowledge of clinical development, including study designs, sponsor expectations, and the regulatory and evidentiary standards governing customer decisions.
