Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage project and operational accounting and reporting to meet operating and strategic targets.
  • •Develop, review, and implement project/operational accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  • •Implement and oversee ERP operations and transactional procedures to ensure transparent, traceable accounting records.
  • •Establish and run financial process workflows (e.g., AR/AP, payments approvals, PPE/inventory management, reconciliations) and ensure timely financial closures, reports, and audits.
  • •Ensure provincial tax compliance for project/operating companies and act as a finance business partner to support financial optimization and growth, including M&A transactions.

Key Requirements

  • •Advanced degree in finance or economics with strong understanding of IFRS financial reporting and Chinese GAAP.
  • •8+ years of project company finance experience; renewable industry experience is a plus.
  • •Strong financial reporting, process design, and internal control skills.
  • •ERP implementation experience with Oracle and SAP.
  • •Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, plus strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
