Key Responsibilities

  • •Configure, integrate, and support the program’s IT service management platform and approved SaaS solutions.
  • •Develop workflows, service catalog items, forms, rules, interfaces, and automation.
  • •Support platform releases and configuration changes, and troubleshoot integration and user issues.
  • •Work with engineering teams to develop, implement, optimize, and maintain cloud-based solutions.
  • •Maintain a modern and secure production environment aligned with best practices and USDA/Federal security policies, and help educate teams on new cloud initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 120,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Demonstrated cloud computing experience across major providers including Azure, AWS, and GCP.
  • •Experience configuring and integrating an IT service management platform such as ServiceNow, along with other approved SaaS solutions.
  • •Experience developing workflows, service catalog items, forms, rules, interfaces, and automation.
  • •Experience with CI/CD systems and SysOps practices.
  • •Experience deploying and debugging cloud stacks and maintaining production environments that support containerized application deployment.
