Senior Process Analyst - Medical Coding

Oversee day-to-day medical coding production and quality for a team of coders to meet client goals for accuracy and turnaround time. Plan, direct, and supervise coder workflows, coordinate activities across coding staff, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards while supporting continuous improvement to help reduce revenue leakage. Perform inpatient/outpatient coding using ICD-10 and CPT-4, maintain ethical standards, and track status reporting.
