Key Responsibilities

•Define strategy and roadmap for key KYB capabilities, including prioritization and trade-offs that shape what the team will and will not do
•Lead customer discovery to understand enterprise and SMB onboarding, risk, and compliance workflows and translate problems into product narratives and launch plans
•Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify KYB leadership opportunities, parity, and new product classes
•Develop detailed technical requirements with Engineering and Data teams, covering APIs, platform workflows, data needs, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
•Oversee end-to-end product launches, partnering with Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, and Support to land new capabilities

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 100,000 - 130,000 annually
