Job Summary

Lead and manage the technical services team to ensure safe, reliable maintenance across Motiongate’s rides, attractions, playgrounds, and technical equipment. Own preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance based on OEM manuals and standards to maximize equipment availability. Maintain clear documentation and reporting, manage spare parts and problematic equipment, and ensure compliance with HSE policies. Coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and ride manufacturers to keep technical performance high.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and manage the technical services team to ensure effective maintenance operations across the parks.
•Oversee maintenance, repair, and safe operation of rides, attractions, playgrounds, and technical equipment in line with OEM manuals and industry standards.
•Plan and ensure completion of preventive maintenance, periodic inspections, troubleshooting, and corrective maintenance activities.
•Maximize equipment availability and operational reliability by minimizing downtime and resolving technical issues efficiently.
•Ensure maintenance activities are documented and reported, manage spare parts requirements, and coordinate with internal departments, service providers, and ride manufacturers while ensuring HSE compliance.

Key Requirements

•10–15 years’ experience in technical troubleshooting, maintenance planning, preventive maintenance, and repair of rides, attractions, or similar equipment.
•Technical Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related technical field with strong mechanical, electrical, and electronic knowledge.
•Strong leadership and people management skills to manage, motivate, and train technical teams effectively.
•Knowledge of control logic systems, PLC systems, documentation processes, and safe systems of work.
•Good communication skills in English to report clearly and coordinate with internal teams, service providers, and ride manufacturers.
