Key Responsibilities

  • •Build, lead, and manage high-performing teams and individuals across multiple locations, including performance reviews and ongoing feedback.
  • •Define and deliver long-term vision and multi-year strategy for company-wide programs in partnership with product management and engineering leadership/executives.
  • •Define success criteria, delivery plans, and risk tracking to ensure successful execution of the Risk organization’s most complex programs.
  • •Improve team communication and operating practices to significantly increase productivity and efficiency.
  • •Act as a hands-on TPM for the most complex initiatives requiring your leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience, including managing managers.
  • •8+ years of software engineering, systems engineering, or technical product/program management experience.
  • •Extensive experience finding and growing talent through coaching, mentoring, and career development.
  • •Experience driving technical programs from ideation to delivery at scale, including leading Technical Program Managers.
  • •Experience operating autonomously and leading across multiple teams with stakeholders in different disciplines and time zones.
