Key Responsibilities

  • •Administer the assigned mall security function to maximize safety for property assets, mall patrons, and stakeholders.
  • •Supervise and ensure implementation of security-related plans and systems, and oversee daily mall operations including cleanliness, security coordination, crowd management, parking, waste management, and tenant coordination.
  • •Provide inputs to Mall Management for annual mall security risk management planning and ensure effective implementation within approved budgets.
  • •Coordinate with Marketing and MPM during events and promotions to ensure security of mall staff and visitors.
  • •Conduct on-duty operations, corrective actions, and weekly meetings with the security site manager to manage the security contractor and achieve targeted security KPIs.

Key Requirements

  • •Effectively manage the Other OPEX budget line for the role.
  • •Effectively manage assigned CAPEX projects.
  • •Ensure compliance with the MAFP AMBU’s Code of Conduct, departmental policies, and HC policies and procedures.
  • •Oversee traffic management during peak hours, ensuring safe customer/staff entry and exit, and develop alternative routes for emergency evacuation.
  • •Clearly communicate and enforce MAF safety and security procedures to external and internal contractors.
