Key Responsibilities

  • •Steer and control the Personal Accident underwriting portfolio at local level to drive achievement of financial targets.
  • •Liaise with functional areas to review end-to-end underwriting life cycle performance.
  • •Work with Sales, Claims, and other product lines to achieve key marketing strategies, including cross-selling.
  • •Ensure underwriting consistency and discipline, adhering to corporate guidelines, underwriting authorities, governance rules, and local regulatory framework.
  • •Support product development/implementation and business acquisition/retention through agent and broker negotiations, and communicate local business strategy externally.

Salary: EUR 34,435.23 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Master's degree in Economics.
  • •1/2 years of proven experience underwriting profitable Personal Accident business for corporate clients.
  • •Expertise in risk assessment and a solid understanding of the policy administration underwriting life cycle.
  • •Sound pricing knowledge with strong market analysis skills.
  • •Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken).
