Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with Compliance to provide assurance that the 1st line is effectively managing risks, focused primarily in APAC.
  • •Help build the Compliance Analytics team by creating self-serve analytics through intuitive, scalable data models and tools (e.g., dashboards).
  • •Drive regulatory reporting analytics by translating requirements, validating outputs, and supporting submissions.
  • •Develop and maintain data assets, including complex data sources, data models, and end-to-end ownership of analytics components.
  • •Identify and work on opportunities for automated compliance monitoring with high impact.

Salary: SGD 8,500 - 10,900 monthly

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of analytics experience.
  • •Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with relational databases.
  • •Knowledge of data modeling fundamentals and experience designing data structures.
  • •Experience designing and owning data assets, including building and maintaining complex data sources and using visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Superset).
  • •Strong data integrity, quality, and governance practices, with the ability to produce comprehensive data documentation.
