Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop functional verification plans and test benches to ensure coverage of microarchitecture specifications.
  • •Execute verification strategies using system simulation models to analyze power, timing, and functionality and resolve bugs.
  • •Implement corrective measures to address failing tests and debug presilicon issues.
  • •Collaborate with architects, RTL developers, and physical design teams to validate complex architectural and microarchitectural features.
  • •Maintain and improve verification infrastructure and methodologies; document test plans and lead technical reviews to align with project goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • •6–8 years of industry experience in RTL design verification.
  • •Proficiency with SystemVerilog and UVM/OVM methodologies, including test plan, testbench infrastructure, coverage points, and assertion checks.
  • •Experience with pre-silicon verification tools such as VCS/Synopsys and scripting (Python, Perl, or Shell) for automation.
  • •Understanding of high-speed IO IPs (USB, PCI Express, or AMBA) and VLSI design flows, including power-aware simulation techniques.
