Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide full oversight of supply chain planning for all product segments within the plant and implement plant supply chain initiatives with customers.
  • •Oversee plant production schedule to meet customer requirements and align with capacity plans and inventory targets.
  • •Manage internal and external warehouse operations, cycle counts, inventory control, shipping logistics, and material handling including returns.
  • •Lead logistics activities with carrier partnerships, incidents/notifications, and expediting/lead-time reduction to meet customer expectations.
  • •Manage direct reports and ensure safety and compliance policies are followed while driving performance improvements across transportation costs, material handling, labor utilization, and supplier performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or equivalent related field.
  • •8-10 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, and materials management in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Functional certification such as APICS or CSCMP (preferred).
  • •Proficient with SAP and Microsoft Office, plus experience using tools for production scheduling and reporting.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of raw materials, production processes, costs, and customer service principles, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
