Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage worldwide P&L for HP Additive Manufacturing (AM) with end-to-end responsibilities.
  • •Lead or provide expertise to functional project teams and participate in cross-functional initiatives with Supply Chain, OPEX, and Warranty.
  • •Provide direction on process improvements and help establish policies through expert-level financial and business knowledge.
  • •Collaborate with business leaders to guide and influence strategic decision-making within a broad scope.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • •Typically 5–7 years of work experience in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
  • •Strong accounting and auditing knowledge, including Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • •Ability to perform complex financial analysis, forecasting, and financial planning across a broad scope.
  • •Experience driving process improvements and contributing to policy development and implementation.
