Job Summary

Lead centralized execution and oversight of GMO QA activities, including test design, execution, validation, and reporting. Coordinate with FLU and EIT to ensure governance, accurate issue resolution, and continuous improvement using data-driven insights and automation. Manage end-to-end test results, investigate and validate outcomes, establish QA approaches and script standards, and analyze results trends to drive remediation across GMO EIT QA.

Key Responsibilities

•Drive centralized execution and oversight of GMO QA activities, including test design, execution, validation, and reporting.
•Support BAU in-house QA testing, manage new test modifications, and partner with EIT and FLU for test design and migration.
•Manage end-to-end test results: monitor/accept results, investigate/rebut unacceptable outcomes, validate failed tests, and oversee resolution.
•Provide governance for GMO EIT QA: define QA approach, test script standards/thresholds, change controls, and test script reviews.
•Design and build tests/scripts, capture documentation, analyze results for trends/themes/systemic issues, and explore automation to improve QA efficiency.

Key Requirements

•Graduate degree (any).
•2–5 years of experience.
•Strong organizational, prioritization, and oral/written communication skills with attention to detail.
•Ability to coordinate across multiple GMO teams and enterprise stakeholders while self-starting in a fast-paced environment.
•Preferred experience with SharePoint, BI and Tableau reporting, risk data analysis, Alteryx/ETL workflows, and advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
