Job Summary

Lead the enterprise Monitoring, Observability, and Tools engineering team to ensure availability, performance, and reliability across critical infrastructure, applications, and cloud services. Own monitoring platforms spanning APM, infrastructure monitoring, logging, and alerting, and establish standards for dashboards, metrics, and reporting. Drive proactive issue detection and faster incident resolution, coordinate cross-functionally with Infrastructure, Cloud, Security, and Application teams, and support 24x7 operational readiness.

•Lead and manage the Monitoring & Tools engineering team, including observability, logging, and alerting platforms.
•Define team priorities aligned with infrastructure and operations strategy, SLAs, and reliability objectives.
•Own and manage enterprise monitoring platforms (APM, infrastructure monitoring, log management) and ensure end-to-end monitoring coverage.
•Lead proactive incident detection and resolution, reducing MTTR and service disruptions through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
•Establish monitoring and observability strategy and standards for alerting, dashboards, metrics, and reporting; support 24x7 operational readiness.

•Hands-on experience with enterprise monitoring platforms (APM, infrastructure monitoring, logging, alerting tools).
•Experience supporting cloud and hybrid environments (Azure, AWS).
