Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and define overall architecture, data, and cloud strategy for largest client accounts, including enterprise modernization and capability mapping.
  • •Present to customer C-level executives and align strategic objectives with Celonis’ technical strategy.
  • •Identify and architect innovative solutions leveraging emergent technologies, including Agentic AI.
  • •Bridge Celonis product/engineering and customer teams to deliver best-in-class technical services and support architecture/integration/performance/scalability needs.
  • •Assess the customer IT landscape maturity and participate in pre- and post-sales engagement with customer architecture and security teams, creating technical designs and customer-facing assets.

Key Requirements

  • •10 to 15 years of relevant experience as a software vendor architect, CTO, or enterprise architect.
  • •Proven ability to connect strategic technical solutions to business value and customer objectives.
  • •Excellent written and verbal communication, with a track record presenting complex technical concepts to C-level executives.
  • •Demonstrated experience with capability mapping, enterprise modernization, and Agentic AI.
  • •Strong background in cloud-native architectures and enterprise integration/data architecture (e.g., SQL/Python, API ecosystems), including ERP (SAP S/4HANA or ECC) and cybersecurity posture fundamentals.
