Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client-facing frameworks by developing and maintaining relationships and reputation with key water clients.
  • •Develop and deliver framework account plans with Strategy & Growth leads and CAMs, ensuring delivery against safety, programme, cost, innovation, and quality metrics.
  • •Monitor and report Framework KPIs, ensuring delivery of commercial, contractual, and technical obligations to achieve client satisfaction and repeat work.
  • •Identify upcoming pursuits with the client and lead proposal development with bid and delivery teams to produce winning technical and commercial strategies.
  • •Work with colleagues to identify business capacity and capability needs, supporting team expansion through progression and recruitment.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree (or equivalent) in an engineering subject.
  • •Deep understanding of the water sector and knowledge of the regulatory environment clients operate in.
  • •Proven experience building strong relationships and mutual trust with stakeholders within client organizations.
  • •Experience developing and delivering technical and commercial bids for water industry schemes.
  • •Experience delivering services across project phases such as business case development, feasibility, outline/conceptual design, and detailed design.
