Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the dentist in delivering quality dental services according to clinical standards and relevant legislation.
  • •Ensure patient safety by identifying, preventing, and managing risks in accordance with policies, procedures, and legislation.
  • •Create a conducive environment to facilitate positive patient experiences as guided by hospital leadership.
  • •Provide accurate and comprehensive records of all dental interventions per company standards and legal requirements.
  • •Utilise required stock and equipment efficiently according to Mediclinic guidelines.

Key Requirements

  • •Essential qualifications include DDS/DMD/BDS or a Diploma in Dental Assistant or Dental Nursing, or a Registered/Assistant Nurse meeting licensure criteria.
  • •At least two years’ experience as a qualified Dental Assistant.
  • •Desired experience as a Dental Assistant in the UAE.
  • •Basic Arabic language skills.
  • •Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office applications.
