Bid Manager

Lead the end-to-end bid process by developing proposal plans, reviewing enquiry summaries, and coordinating bid kick-off activities. Define bid cost structures with support from the Offshore Estimator, manage partner/client interfaces, and approve scope, contract requirements, cash flow, and subcontract RFQ documents. Integrate proposal packages across operating companies and align approvals with BU commercial strategy, then submit the final proposal to the client.
