Key Responsibilities

  • •Run strategic projects with the CEO: frame problems, drive analysis, align leaders, and push initiatives to execution across M&A, expansion, monetization, and organization.
  • •Explore and launch new ventures by assessing opportunities, building business cases, assembling founding teams, and getting to v1.
  • •Manage company routines including leadership meetings, business reviews, OKR/goal cycles, and board preparation to ensure decisions are followed through.
  • •Recruit, staff, coach, and lead a team of Special Project Managers, owning their prioritization and delivery.
  • •Act as the CEO’s proxy in meetings, unblock cross-functional issues, and surface what the CEO needs to know before it becomes urgent.

Key Requirements

  • •6–10 years combining top-tier strategy consulting (MBB engagement/project leader) or M&A/PE with operating experience in a hypergrowth tech company (BizOps, strategy, GM, or founder).
  • •Led cross-functional projects at C-level with measurable business impact.
  • •Built something from scratch (venture, business line, or market launch).
  • •Strong analytical and financial fluency, comfortable with P&L, unit economics, and data.
  • •Fluent English; French is a plus, with exceptional top-down communication and ability to challenge senior leaders.
