Project manager

Coordinate and manage construction projects end-to-end, including defining project structure, phases, milestones, and maintaining the master schedule. Work with all stakeholders—designers, contractors, and suppliers—while building and defending the CAPEX budget, controlling costs and cash flow. Lead tender preparation and contractor selection, manage contracts and documentation, validate estimates and completed works, ensure safety compliance, and oversee handover to operations.
