Key Responsibilities

•Provide hands-on design, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Okta service for customers in a post-sales capacity.
•Gather, analyze, and document post-sales requirements and communicate them to customers and partners at appropriate levels.
•Manage multiple deployment projects including scope, schedule, status, and documentation; ensure timely delivery and quality.
•Mentor and train customers on the service and facilitate knowledge transfer to customer teams.
•Collaborate with internal teams (Engineering, Support, Product Management, Sales) to address issues, drive product development, and identify up-sell opportunities.

Key Requirements

•5-7 years experience as a technical consultant delivering solutions to external customers.
•Experience with identity federation and robust access control models (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML 2.0, WS-Federation).
•Software development experience (Java, Ruby, .Net, PHP, REST/JSON, etc).
•Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures; experience with JavaScript and MVC frameworks (Backbone, Angular, Ember, React).
•Ability to multi-task and manage multiple customer engagements; hands-on contributor with superb communication skills.
