Provide best-in-class customer experiences across multiple branch locations as a financial concierge. Retain and grow consumer and business relationships by identifying customer goals and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and banking services. Accurately process transactions, resolve customer issues, and educate customers on deposits, loans, and bank technology (online, mobile, and ATMs) while supporting colleagues for consistent branch coverage. Travel between branches as daily locations change.

•Provide coverage across branch banking, including customer transactions and servicing customer needs.
•Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently while maintaining cash controls and balancing daily.
•Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
•Educate customers on deposits and loans and support service or account maintenance.
•Travel dependably between multiple branch locations throughout the week and support colleagues as needed.

Key Requirements
