Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the primary post-sale contact for a portfolio of managed service and programmatic advertiser accounts, building trust to drive retention and growth.
  • •Own end-to-end campaign delivery (setup, launch, pacing, optimization, and KPI-based performance reporting) across managed service and PMP channels.
  • •Manage the full PMP deal lifecycle including deal setup, targeting configuration, implementation best practices, QA, and troubleshooting.
  • •Provide strategy, insights, and product expertise by translating performance data, market trends, and Nexxen’s product suite into proactive recommendations and upsell opportunities.
  • •Maintain accurate campaign records and account documentation in Salesforce and internal systems while partnering with Strategic Sales, Ad Operations, and Supply for campaign/deal success.

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years in a client-facing account management or operations role within a DSP, SSP, media agency, or publisher.
  • •Proven experience managing programmatic campaigns across CTV, online video, and/or display.
  • •Experience with PMP deal management and programmatic deal troubleshooting on SSP platforms.
  • •Strong analytical mindset to translate data into actionable narratives and recommendations.
  • •Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, large datasets) and PowerPoint; familiarity with Salesforce, ad servers, brand safety, and verification platforms.
