Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead security technology projects (CCTV, access control, VMS) from design through deployment, managing vendors, integrators, contractors, and consultants.
  • •Partner with IT, Facilities, Legal (Data Privacy), and business stakeholders to deliver, govern, and support enterprise security technology systems.
  • •Develop budgets, schedules, implementation plans, and long-term technology roadmaps; coordinate upgrades, expansions, replacements, and new deployments across locations.
  • •Conduct internal investigations involving misconduct, theft, fraud, workplace violence, harassment, ethics violations, cybersecurity, and security incidents; collect and analyze evidence and write investigative reports with recommendations.
  • •Supervise security technology administrators, technicians, and analysts; provide operational leadership support for Arizona security operations and enterprise initiatives as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Information Technology, Engineering, Criminal Justice, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •5-10+ years designing, installing, and maintaining enterprise security systems/infrastructure for corporate, manufacturing, and retail facilities.
  • •3–7 years of investigative experience in corporate security, law enforcement, military, compliance, or related fields.
  • •Expert knowledge of low voltage electrical, video management, and access control technical security systems.
  • •Experience with Genetec and Mercury Boards, including wiring components for Access Control Systems (ACS).
