Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain and update the asset management plan, including assisting the Contract Manager with annual client presentations
  • •Develop and prepare project outlines for capital and lifecycle projects
  • •Maintain and update asset data, including conducting and presenting condition assessments to the client
  • •Manage contractual requirements to minimize and control Honeywell’s exposure via timely responses and internal escalation
  • •Develop and maintain standard methodologies for project delivery and control

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in facilities and asset management
  • •Working knowledge of asset lifecycles and experience with condition assessments
  • •Experience on large commercial sites or correctional facilities
  • •Excellent computer skills
  • •Ability to obtain clearance to work in a prison environment
