Asset and Maintenance Planner

Plan and execute project outcomes for the Darwin Correctional Precinct by maintaining and updating the asset management plan and asset data. Prepare project outlines for capital and lifecycle work, including condition assessments presented to the client. Manage contractual requirements to minimize Honeywell’s exposure through timely responses and internal escalation. Develop and sustain standard methodologies for delivering and controlling projects, coordinating directly or via the on-site facility team.
