Job Summary

Own backend architecture and deliver cross-team technical initiatives as a Staff Backend Engineer. You’ll lead-by-example on engineering practices, guide complex design and reliability decisions, and drive stability, performance, and scalability improvements across critical systems. Working closely with Product, Design, Data, and QA, you’ll help set technical direction for 6–12 months, mentor engineers, and communicate technology direction through engineering community talks and writing.

•Ensure timely delivery of your team’s projects and that systems meet Fresha quality, reliability, and scalability standards.
•Lead from the front with engineering practices, collaborate across Product/Design/Data/QA, and mentor engineers.
