•Build, lead, and mentor a sourcing team covering GPUs/accelerators, CPUs, storage, ODM/CM, servers, and racks.
•Define commodity strategies and multi-year roadmaps in partnership with engineering, architecture, and platform teams.
•Oversee end-to-end sourcing, supplier qualification, multi-sourcing, and performance management to hit build schedules.
•Coordinate demand across SpaceXAI companies and align internal roadmaps with vendors to secure allocation and capacity.
•Negotiate major agreements and manage ODM/CM relationships; monitor supply risks and drive cost reductions while maintaining quality and resilience.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in business, supply chain, or engineering (or 12+ years in those fields in lieu of a degree).
•6+ years in global supply chain, procurement, or commodity management focused on compute hardware (GPUs, CPUs, storage, and/or servers).
•3+ years of experience in people management.
•3+ years of experience building, leading, and managing sourcing teams.
•Experience delivering sourcing outcomes in support of compute hardware needs for hyperscale/AI infrastructure is strongly preferred.
