  • •Coordinate with team leaders/project managers and customers to understand on-site installation and repair requirements, forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work.
  • •Serve as the direct customer contact and ensure customer satisfaction by diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and equipment at customer locations.
  • •Use cutting-edge software/technology plus hand tools and blueprints/engineering specifications to diagnose and repair units.
  • •Maintain flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed, including occasional overnight stays.
  • •Enforce safety standards and record the use, wear, and condition of company-issued and procured assets.

Key Requirements

  • •Good standing as a member of UA Local 787 and at least 5+ years of HVAC experience.
  • •Red Seal in HVAC (313A), required.
  • •Gas 1 ticket required.

  • •Operating knowledge of Microsoft Office and proficiency with a handheld computer (e.g., smartphone, iPad).
