Job Summary

Assess the quality and effectiveness of financial crime compliance (FCC) operational processes across global payments, including KYC, due diligence, sanctions, and name screening. Review execution against policies and jurisdictional requirements, identify control gaps, and escalate risks with clear findings. Produce QC reports, track remediation to completion, build MI dashboards, and partner with FCC Operations, Compliance, and Technology to strengthen quality control frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

•Conduct quality control reviews on AML processes, including KYC, due diligence, sanctions, and name screening.
•Oversee, conduct training, and mentor QC team members across global outsourcing sites.
•Evaluate operational procedure execution against policies, standards, and jurisdictional regulatory requirements.
•Identify control gaps or process deviations, escalate findings with clear risk articulation, and produce QC reports with trends and remediation plans.
•Track remediation activities through to completion and build/maintain MI dashboards; partner with FCC Operations, Compliance, and Technology to enhance quality control frameworks.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Finance, Law, Business, or a related field.
•1+ years of experience in financial crime compliance quality control or assurance within payments, fintech, or financial services.
•Solid understanding of AML/CTF and KYC frameworks.
•Experience conducting reviews, preparing findings, and supporting remediation tracking.
•Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to convert complex issues into actionable insights.
