Key Responsibilities

  • •Support manufacturing operations in a high-interrupt, rapidly ramping tool install environment.
  • •Develop and implement improved CMP and wet process methods to improve efficiencies, yields, machine operations, and quality.
  • •Develop new processes for advanced node development with high-volume manufacturing in mind.
  • •Perform lot and equipment dispositions, and support production continuous flow to minimize cycle time in a 300mm wafer fab.
  • •Identify systematic process/equipment problems, execute equipment/process startup and process experiments, participate in data analysis, and provide training documentation for junior colleagues.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • •5 years of relevant experience.
  • •Strong foundation in statistical process control, engineering change control, and process release strategies.
  • •Proficiency with Python or Claude (or other AI model/tools).
  • •Experience with CMP process tools (e.g., AMAT and EBARA) and/or single wafer clean process tools (LAM, TEL, DNS) and High-K cleans.
