Design and develop chemical manufacturing processes for Huntsman’s Advanced Materials site in Ashtabula, Ohio. Deploy new manufacturing processes and systems, lead site-level technical development from data evaluation to training materials and work procedures, and execute process improvement projects. Maintain process documentation and drawings, monitor and maximize process capabilities across quality, cycle times, and costs, and support EHS initiatives while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop chemical processes for manufacturing diverse chemical products while minimizing health, safety, and cost risks.
•Deploy new processes and systems for chemical manufacturing, overseeing process implementation using engineering principles.
•Lead site-level technical development by evaluating data and creating training materials and work procedures.
•Execute projects for manufacturing processes and systems using project management techniques and coordinating internal/external resources.
•Maintain technical documentation for process systems and evaluations, including drawings, calculations, and design specifications.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemical engineering (preferred).
•2+ years of related experience and 2+ years leading process design efforts.
