Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead client-facing projects or work streams with a focus on data-analysis and developing client-ready presentations.
  • •Manage project activities, timelines, and deliverables including coordination with Analysts and Coachees.
  • •Provide extensive training and coaching to Huron staff on project-management and technical dimensions.
  • •Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and translate them into documentation and solution design.
  • •Mentor Analysts and Coachees to build internal capability and drive project success.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years hands-on experience developing Workday Integrations using REST and/or SOAP, XML, XSLT, Workday Studio, EIB, Workday Cloud Connect
  • •4+ years hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using tools from simple to complex reports and enterprise reporting tools
  • •Current Workday Reporting, Advanced Reporting, Integration and/or Studio certification
  • •Must have extensive building and troubleshooting of Studio experience
  • •Data Conversion or Workday Security experience and strong understanding of HCM/ERP functional processes and Workday security model
